What a fun and festive time of year this is. So many opportunities for eating, drinking and being merry. If you’re looking for a spot of holiday cheer, join us at the CEF Gingerbread event at Osgood on Sunday, December 9. You don’t need to be an elementary school student to enjoy decorating a giant gingerbread man—that’s enough to put a twinkle in anyone’s eye!
Whether it’s providing K-2 students xylophones and the curriculum to have an early band experience, enabling Deer Hill students to practice math skills with fun and innovative software, or giving middle and high school students the opportunity to “tour” the world with Google Virtual Realty goggles, the CEF is always searching for opportunities to keep that twinkle alive throughout the school year.
We rely on the generosity of our families and local businesses in Cohasset to do what we do. Each fall and spring we fund thousands of dollars in grants to fuel teacher innovation, cutting-edge technology and curriculum enrichment. Thanks to your support, we’ve funded over $1.2 million in grants over the last 10+ years with more to come!
